1. Will my costume look like the picture?
A. Your costume will be similar to the picture. Since all costumes are made to order, no two costumes are exactly alike.
The style will be the same, with variations accounting for size.
2. How soon can I get my costume?
A. We are an event driven company. If you provide us with an event date, your costume will be scheduled for production
and shipping to meet your event date.
3. Can I get express shipping?
A. If your event date is within 14 days, Rush Order Handling and/or express shipping will be available and in some cases
required.
4. How do I pay for express shipping?
A. After your order is received and you have notified us of your impending event date, an online invoice will be generated.
You can pay the express shipping charges through this emailed invoice.
5. Will my order be shipped express if I have not paid the invoice for express shipping?
A. No. Your order will be shipped USPS Priority and in some cases may be moved back in production, to accomodate those
who have paid for express shipping or Rush Order Handling.
6. Where is my order shipped from?
A. Your order will be shipped from the Reading, PA area or from the Phoenix, AZ area.
7. What colors are available?
A. In most cases each costume gives you an opportunity to choose colors. For those that don't you may email a color choice
and we will do our best to accomodate your request.
Color choices are not available for all costumes.
There are no color choices for Historical Persons costumes such as Martha Washington, Ben Franklin, Clara Barton etc.
