OUR POLICY:
Shipping & handling fees are non-refundable.
Returns are handled on an individual basis, except as stated below.
All returns are assessed a 30% materials cost fee.
Exchanges for size, style or color are acceptable on UNUSED costumes if you email us first. Returns
for alterations are acceptable if you have emailed us first.
Both Exchanges and alterations take 3-4 weeks and you are charged for shipping & handling accordingly.
Alterations for size will be assessed charges appropriate to the work involved!
We strive to ship on time and in time for scheduled event dates. We recognize this as our prime responsibility,
however, once an order is shipped and in the hands of the carrier, it is out of our control. Delivery, by law, is not our
responsibility. It is the responsibility of the carrier.
Unaccepted deliveries or orders marked "Return to Sender" will be treated as cancellations and handled according
to the policies below.
Cancellations: Orders cancelled after the third business day, will be assessed a $25.00 processing fee.
Orders cancelled after 7 business days, are assessed a $25.00 processing fee plus
20% of your costume order for cost of materials.
No cancellations will be accepted after 10 days or after your order is shipped, whichever comes first.
Returns after your scheduled event date, will not be refunded.
HALLOWEEN COSTUMES ARE FINAL SALES!
No returns after October 15th for costumes ordered between September 1 and October 31st.
